What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this site we collect your name, phone number, and if you provide them, your email address, suburb and whatever you tell us in your message. We also record which page the enquiry came from and any source tag on the link you followed, so we know where our work is coming from.
What we use it for
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a water delivery or a hire, and invoice for it.
Who we share it with
This website is hosted by Cloudflare and enquiry emails are delivered through an email service provider, both of which necessarily process the message. Both of those providers run servers outside Australia, so an enquiry you send through this website may be stored or handled overseas, including in the United States and Europe.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and job records for as long as we need them to do the work and to meet our tax and record keeping obligations.
Access and corrections
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Admin@adelaidewatersupplier.com.au or call 0438 131 677.
